Casco has given me many opportunities to grow and work with knowledgeable, caring people. In my free time, I am involved in ministry, all the outdoor activities possible, drawing, and reading.

I have worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, starting with pouring concrete in New York with my father.
I moved to Colorado Springs in 2006, and jumped right back into the professional field. I have four awesome children Eric, Marc, Michael & Julianna, as well as two grand-children, Mason & Ava. I love my family, my team, riding my Harley, playing golf, hiking and everything Colorado.

Adrian Valeriano

Field Superintendent

There is no single approach that works for everyone, so I continue to educate myself in my chosen profession. I am a big advocate for teamwork and I constantly seek opportunities to learn and grow with my peers.
Although I am new to the Casco Team, I already feel this company is the right fit for me. I believe accountability, respect, honesty, open-mindedness, and dependability are key values to the success of a project and the team. When I am not at work, I am spending time with my family. My family is a big part of my success. My wife, Cynthia, and children, Joannie, Aalyiah, Andreya, and Adrian Joseph are my motivation in everything I do.

"Commit your work to the LORD, and then your plans will succeed." - Proverbs 16:3

Bekah Muegge

Project Coordinator

I could not be more blessed to work with such an amazing company. Casco fuels my love for design allowing me to be the executive administrator along with filling the roles of in-house designer and Project Coordinator. I am a mother of two beautiful boys, and enjoy the many activities Colorado has to offer, including snowboarding and hiking, as well as traveling to new places.
